Every Rhizic piece is crafted from sterling silver, gold vermeil, and carefully selected moissanite and emerald stones. These materials are chosen for their beauty, longevity, and the way they naturally complement a wide range of styles.
Yes, when cared for thoughtfully. Gold vermeil offers a rich gold finish over sterling silver. It’s more durable than standard plating, but like all precious metals, it benefits from gentle handling and mindful wear.

ORDERS & PROCESSING

We try to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible: Ready-to-ship pieces: 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces: 3-4 weeks. The timeline depends on the design and production cycle (provided during checkout) You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away, followed by a shipping notification once your piece is on its way.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only.
Yes — all U.S. orders over $400 ship for free.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped. Tracking details will be shared with you as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification. While shipping carriers have their own investigation processes, we’ll walk through next steps with you.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Yes, eligible orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If your piece doesn’t feel right, you may send it back as long as it is unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with all original packaging.

Once the 14-day window has passed, all purchases become final sale and are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Made-to-order pieces, personalized items, and jewelry showing signs of wear are always final sale.
Simply email us at info@rhizicdesigns.com within the 14-day period. Our team will guide you through the return authorization and provide further instructions.
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We’ll review your request promptly and arrange the appropriate resolution — whether that means a replacement or refund for the affected item.

JEWELRY CARE

Caring for your piece helps preserve its beauty and intention. As a general guide: Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotion or fragrance. SIZING & FIT

If possible, we recommend being sized by a jeweler for the most accurate fit. You may also use a standard U.S. ring size chart if you're measuring at home.
Because many of our designs include stones or specific structural elements, resizing is often not possible. Double-checking your size before ordering is the best way to ensure a comfortable fit.
