This Store Policy outlines how we operate as a business, what customers can expect when shopping with us, and how we ensure that every order is handled responsibly and transparently. While our products are crafted with artistic precision, our policies are crafted with the same level of thoughtfulness — to protect the integrity of our work, maintain fairness, and support a seamless experience for every customer.
1. The Nature of Rhizic Jewelry
Each Rhizic piece is created in small batches or made to order, using sterling silver, gold vermeil, and carefully selected lab-created gemstones. Because our jewelry involves hand-finishing and artisanal methods, slight variations in polish, color, stone tone, or texture occur naturally. These are not flaws but a reflection of real craftsmanship.
Rhizic's jewelry evolves over time. Sterling silver will oxidize, gold vermeil will soften with wear, and all metals may show micro-scratches with use. These changes are expected and depend heavily on care habits, environment, and personal skin chemistry.

2. Product Representation
We aim to portray our pieces as accurately as possible through photography and descriptions. However, jewelry responds to light, texture, movement and different devices or screens may display colors or finishes differently. The piece you receive may look slightly different from what appears online. These subtle differences do not indicate an error in fulfillment.
3. Pricing and Payment Practices
All prices shown on our website are listed in ($) U.S. dollars. Because our materials and production cycles are closely tied to supply fluctuations, our prices may update periodically without advance notice.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Orders are accepted only after full payment has been completed. Once payment is submitted, your order enters our production or fulfillment cycle immediately, which is why changes cannot be made afterward.
4. Order Production & Fulfillment Rhythm
Rhizic offers two types of purchases: pieces that are ready to ship and pieces that are made to order.
Ready-to-ship items usually begin processing within 48 hours. Made-to-order pieces require more time — typically three to four weeks — as they move through individual craftsmanship stages. These timeframes reflect our commitment to detail rather than mass production.
Some orders may ship in multiple parts depending on availability, and others may ship once all pieces are complete. Fulfillment decisions are made carefully to protect product quality while ensuring timely delivery.
5. Final Sale Approach
Rhizic’s jewelry is crafted in small batches with meticulous attention to detail, and many pieces are produced through made-to-order processes. To preserve the integrity, hygiene, and exclusivity of each piece, all sales are considered final after the 14-day return window has passed.
Rhizic does offer a 14-day return period for eligible items, allowing customers to return jewelry that remains unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once this window expires, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or modified under any circumstances.
Certain products remain strictly final sale, including made-to-order pieces, personalized items, sale items, and jewelry that shows any signs of wear or tampering, regardless of when the return request is initiated.
The only exceptions to our final sale structure apply in cases where an item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective. In such circumstances, customers must follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Cancellation Policy, including notifying Rhizic within the required timeframe.
This approach ensures that every customer receives a piece that is new, untouched, and crafted specifically for them, while still providing a transparent and reasonable return option within the designated 14-day period.
6. Delivery & Shipment Handling
Rhizic ships exclusively within the United States. We partner with reputable carriers and offer complimentary domestic shipping for orders over $400.
While we work to ensure smooth and timely delivery, carriers may experience delays due to factors beyond our control. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, ownership passes to the customer. Customers are responsible for accepting and securing their packages upon delivery.
If any issue arises during shipping, our team is available to assist you but carrier policies and timelines will apply.
7. Customer Responsibility Upon Receipt
We ask that customers open and inspect their order promptly. If something appears incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include supporting photos. This timeframe allows us to address concerns while the item remains in new condition.

8. Care, Wear & Long-Term Maintenance
Jewelry is personal. It lives on the skin, reacts to the elements around it, and holds the imprint of the wearer’s daily life. Because of this, every piece requires mindful care.
